he was in my shop.

i smelled him, i thought it was him, it must have been him, yes it was him.

so why am i still so wracked up about it. why is his smell getting under my skin, triggering memories of how much fucking fun i had.

whatever. Rick was a douchebag anyway. i always get involved with douchebags.

i don't even know how to start this.

well it seems i already have.

Yesterday night Ophelia and i had the adventure of our lives.

it was short, yet it was the sort of things that will change us forever.

1 large bottle of white wine

i've been known to go to parties like this.

parties where i drink too much, and forget how i got home or even what happened when i wake up in the morning.

but it kind of looks like a photo you'd see while shitting on a crusty porcelain toilet at an asian restaurant on queen street, on page 59 of the vice mag you grabbed from american apparel.

old clocks are nostalgic.

So I've been cracking down on myself, getting shit done and all. And I'm starting to feel a lot more content as time goes by. I've made really great friends, I've found a nice place to work, a great volunteer organization to put my extra time in, and the dedication i need to go on with school. Things are looking UP!

I was walking down the street today looking at the flashing christmas tree lights suspended between the Honest Ed's Buildings, and I was overwhelmed by how beautiful it was. Check it out at night sometime if you live in the area.

Also, If you haven't been listening to Beirut yet, you shuld probably get on it. They're one of the few bands lately that's managed to lift me up when I'm not feelin so hot. Like the sound of egg nog being poured into a glass at christmas, the evening before you open the presents.
